1. What is my Library PIN?

Your Library PIN is a four digit code which you need to use for security purposes when renewing or reserving books, or accessing other features of My account on the library catalogue. Your Library PIN is sent to your student e-mail address soon after registration.

5. How can I view the usernames and passwords to log in to databases?

You need to Login to the Library web pages. Select Login (if you are looking at the screen this is on the top right). You should then enter your university username and password.

6. I can't log on to the MLE (or Blackboard or student e-mail), can the Library reset my password for me?

The username for your student email and for the MLE and the Blackboard is your student number, with a capital P at the front. Your password is your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yy. If you have changed your password for the MLE or Blackboard it will automatically change your student e-mail password. If you have changed your password and forgotten it, or if your password is not working, fill in the Just Ask! Enquiry Form.
