1. I have lost my Single Sign On password, can I get it reset?

You can reset your Single Sign On password (without needing to know the old one) at the Password Self-Service screen.

1. When will I need to use my Single Sign On account?

Some sites require that you present your Single Sign On details to show that you are a legitimate member of De Montfort University. You should find that you only need to log on once per session.

4. Can I still use my Single Sign On account after I have finished my studies?

Unfortunately, no. Your Single Sign On account exists to support your studies at DMU.

6. Can I share my Single Sign On username and password with anyone else?

Letting anyone else use your Single Sign On account details breaks the terms and conditions and you risk having your account suspended.
